  • Tenant code (given to you by the landlord of the property you're applying for)
  • Current and past residential address
  • Contact information
  • Photo or scan of driver's licence or passport
  • References (minimum of two required). Note: Current or previous landlords or property managers are ideal.
  • Income status, current employment details and or WINZ details minimum 4 weeks.
  • Your vehicle registration
